L.P.N. Michelle Howard began her nursing career as a volunteer when she was just 17. Since then, her professional career has experience in several medical genres including hospice, geriatrics, med-surg, visiting nurse, labor and delivery, and finally addiction.
Michelle returned to school when she was 54 and earned a Degree and certification as an addiction and substance abuse counselor.
After moving to Florida in 2012, she worked at Ft Lauderdale Hospital. She considers herself privileged to have assisted in starting a new medically assisted detox program specifically for pregnant women.
